What to expect from start to finish

Enquiry and inspection

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable time to inspect your property. During the inspection, our team will take measurements and photos and assess the work required.

Quoting and approval

We’ll prepare a detailed quote outlining the scope of works, materials, labour, expected timeframe, warranty and payment terms. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm your approval and arrange the 10% deposit where applicable.

Planning and scheduling

We’ll confirm the final measurements and roof colour, order your materials, schedule our team and organise any equipment or access required. We’ll then confirm the start date with you.

Installation

We’ll prepare your property for the installation, including arranging any required edge protection or scaffolding. Our team will then get to work on your new roof and keep you updated throughout the process.

Quality checks and handover

Once your new roof is complete, our team will carry out a final quality check, clean up the site and take completion photos. We’ll make sure everything has been completed to a high standard and that you’re happy with the finished result.

Completion and warranty

Once everything is complete, we’ll provide your final invoice along with any relevant warranty certificates and maintenance information. If you have any questions about your new roof, our team is here to help.

Added protection for your new roof

When you choose COLORBOND® steel for your new roof, the material is backed by a BlueScope Material Warranty, with coverage periods varying depending on your location and environmental conditions.

For eligible projects over $20,000, we’ll arrange the required Home Warranty Insurance, which provides added protection if we’re unable to complete the work due to certain circumstances covered by the policy.
